Payment Options for Current Residents

Please pay by paper check (or money order) at the office -OR- E-check through the portal
Residents: The portal will ask you to "apply" the payment to particular charges. Please select the OLDEST charges first. (otherwise those older charges will continue to show as unpaid.)
For instance: If you have $75 utilities due from April, $46 from May and $1000 lease payment due in October, please apply your payment first to the older April and May charges in order for your account to show those older charges marked as paid.
STANDARD AND FREE ONLINE PAYMENT OPTIONS
(Free Bank E-Check)
Village of La Casa Del Sol now offers an online payment portal through the 3rd party RentCafe service. The E-Check (Aka Bank Draft/ACH/EFT) Option is a new Free option for Residents. Our on-site office will continue to accept standard payments by regular paper check or money order.
The online Payment Portal is optional. If you do not want to use the portal, you may continue paying by paper check or money order. The portal will show your rent charges, utility charges and account balance. For those paying on the snowbird payment schedule, you may see all 4 payments due (even if some payments are not due yet).
OTHER ALTERNATIVE PAYMENTS OPTIONS (3rd party charges a fee)
We recommend that our residents pay by standard paper check or free E-check/EFT option above. However, as an alternative payment method, Rentcafe allows residents to pay by credit card or debit card, subject to the convenience fees charged by Rentcafe, the 3rd party provider. (Please note that debit card is not the same as e-check/EFT. )
ONLINE SIGN-UP INSTRUCTIONS
1. If we have your e-mail address on file, we likely already have it associated with your account and you are ready and can go to the next step. However, in some cases you may need to send us the E-mail Address you want associated with your account to Comments@VillageFlorida.com. We will add your e-mail address so that you will be able to sign-up.
2. Then Go to www.VillageFlorida.com/payment
3. Click on the Rentcafe link at the top of the page and you will be directed to the Portal login page. (“Click Here for Online Rentcafe Payment Portal”)
4. Click on the "Click here to register" link.
5. Type "Village of La Casa Del Sol" into the "Search For Your Property" box.
6. Enter Your Name, E-mail and Password and Click Register. Follow the prompts to complete your account.
(We have some e-mail addresses on-file, but if you are unable to sign-up, please send an e-mail to Comments@VillageFlorida.com with the e-mail address you wish to associate with your account).
The Rentcafe portal works best with the CHROME BROWSER and sometimes takes a moment to populate your account information so please be patient for your account details to load. Please note that your user login information is maintained by the 3rd party RentCafe Provider, not by Village of La Casa Del Sol. We do not have access to your login information or password. Leasing questions should come to us, login questions should be directed to RentCafe using the "Forgot Password" link.
