Pay Your Security Deposit Online - Speak to Office First



After speaking with the office about the rental process, please enter your name(s) and click the "Buy Now" button below to submit your online Security Deposit and application fee payment. Our office will send you an electronic application to fill out and submit.



You can pay your deposit and/or application fees online by credit card -OR- through mail by check or money order. (However--RENT payments must be made by check or money order or through the resident portal by e-check)



When entering your payment, please be sure to enter the resident name(s) below before hitting "Buy Now" so that the correct account is credited. Follow the online shopping cart until complete. If there will be two people, make sure to list both names and pay two application fees.



Payments are processed on a secure site run by our processor -Paypal. It is NOT necessary to create a Paypal account (when they ask you to login, click the option where it says "Pay by Credit or Debit Card", then select "Checkout as Guest").



$20.00 per person is due for an application fee. ($20 for a single applicant, $40 for two applicants). A $500 Security Deposit is also due. Thus, please select "2 App Fees + Deposit" to pay the application fees and security deposit for two people in a cottage. Please note that application fees are non-refundable once submitted.
